Lol, Nice. Ms.mudd looks awesome in the last panel. :wag:

Anyway, Due to my lack of english skills, I don't get the meaning of the last two panels.... :-P
Actually it has more to do with lack of knowledge of American history. The rallying cry during the American War for Independence was "No taxation without representation" -- meaning that citizens who aren't represented by the government shouldn't have to pay taxes. In this case, "representation" actually means a metaphor, so the joke is basicly a pun.

Hehe, very interesting. Though I understand being taxed like that, I still find it troubling that great wars happen because of money. WW1 anyone?

I imagine that if the US tried to squeeze money out of llewellynland for things like water or electricity or public schooling, Llewellyn would use his dragon mind tricks to convince the US that he should be taxing them for having to use all of their resources.

DCS should've ended the comic a year or two ago.

I wonder what the tax system in Greater Llewellynlland is like.
Given that the only permanent residents are the President and his son, I wonder if they bother.
Also, don't forget that Llewellyn has tons of cash.
