IIRC...

Spider-Man once De-Volved or Mutated into a giant Spider, or Man-Spider. Complete with 8 limbs et all.

Not sure where his web shooters were in that eppisode though.. :roll:

If Spiderman can do whatever a spider can, does that mean he has trouble getting out of bathtubs?
Well, the song only says he can do all the things a spider can do. It doesn't say he has no abilities BEYOND that; it is entirely consistent with that premise to assume he also has abilities beyond what a spider can do, like getting out of bathtubs or balancing his checkbook or speaking conversational Mandarin.

So they're watching a Spiderman cartoon from the 60's?
Is that where the song originated? I've never seen anything televised with Spider-Man from before the '80s, and I wasn't sure there had been any.

Yeah, it never says in the song "can't do whatever a spider can't do" so he's not limited to what spiders are capable of.

Maybe if spiders were watching the show, it would say "does whatever a human can", at least from an intelligent spider's perspective,
and yes, I have bioengineered intelligent attack spiders...

P.S. I have the power to scare people with my socialist ranting.
