I hope he'll sing soon. I want to know the lyrics.

I hope he sings soon. I want to see his dignity flee like rats from a sinking ship.

Mmmph, I was hoping to see more of Washington DC than a hotel room by now... but I suppose I shouldn't be so greedy since I went there myself last July (for the record, I wasn't able to really enjoy it because it was far too hot and I hadn't gotten my digital camera yet...).

Unless you go to DC in March, there is no reason to look at anything outside there.

As a resident of Silver Spring, MD, i live very close to D.C. All i have to do is walk down to the Glenmont metro, and i'm there. Of course, the only time i take the metro by myself is when i'm going to my dad's house in Takoma Park.

Sometimes i've even taken the the metro to Silver Spring to buy stuff Mom thinks i really don't need, like rubber bands for instance.

Talking about the story, i was also hoping to see more of our favorite kit foxes in the nation's capital. Hopefully DC isn't going to focus on this "international border crossing song" plotline for too long.

Ugh... too many "DC" acronyms... had to think for a few seconds about that one. X(

ShaynaFox, it would be advisable to use DCS next time to avoid cerebral hemorrhaging

Lets think this out:

DCS - the author. David Craig Simpson. (By the way, does anybody know what he prefers being called?)

D.C. - District of Columbia. The City. The Capitol.

DC - Define Cynical. The surreal. The cool place. The forum.
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

But . . . cerebral hemorrhaging is so much fun!

I think professionally D.C. Simpson is what he's going by. Going by Dave Simpson had problems when that guy in Tulsa stole his name. DCS is what most forumers type cause of collective laziness.

Eh, it's kinda a fandom standard by now, I think. The creator of Babylon 5 is known as JMS, the exec producer of Doctor Who from 1980 to 1989 is JNT, the current exec producer of Doctor Who is known as RTD. If you're known to have three names or two names and a middle innitial by a fandom, the fandom referring to you as your three initials is more or less inevitable as far as I can see.

I also don't like being called "Dave." D.C. is fine. :)

...Why can't I help getting images of the "They're all dead, Dave." bit of the first episode of Red Dwarf into my head whenever I read this particular post?
