fathers always know best! ^_^ (take in concideration that the child pirate Captain Locke is strangely her natural father... and is the one shooting her from a Wile E. Coyote esque cannon)

My first post on these boards btw.. I feel somehow special being amongst a few other O&M fanatics...

Isn't that only for flying things? Using a catapult would be more like falling...or something.

Ah, but keep in mind that at the time of that strip neither of them knew they were related. The ethical considerations of shooting anyone from a cannon, I'll leave up to the individual reader.

And as insane as it is to use a cannon or a catapult.. I actually wonder what its like... anybody have a spair I can use this weekend? I'm going to attempt an air born trip to Arkansas

Oxford University in England has a society called the "Oxford High Flyers' Club" in which its members launch themselves from catapults. I think it was disbanded however - I heard one of the members got killed after missing the safety net by three feet (About a metre for you metric peeps) :?
