"So we have at least five hours until we have any werewolf trouble, yes? We may as well look around. We're as safe down here as in the house."

"Well, if you insist..." says Richard, turning and walking through one of the doorways. He walks past a largish cage; it is closed and empty, which worries him even more. It would be a lot easier if we knew where that werewolf was, he thinks to himself. Suddenly, the control room behind him goes dark.

Shouting of obscenities echoes through the room. Then a surprised yelp.

Richard turns around to take a look at what just happened. As he does, his eyes fall an a wall mounted LCD screen. He reads the message placed in large menacing letters in the middle of the terminal: INTRUDER DETECTED. ALL PERSONNEL TO BE EVACUATED. BASE TO BE LOCKED DOWN AND STERILIZED IN... Richard looks at the clock that is slowly ticking down the seconds. "Aw, cr*p!"

The large menacing letters on the display disappear, and large friendly letters take their place, reading DON'T PANIC. The countdown remains. "Well, at least they have a sense of humour. I saw a ramp at the end of this hallway, going up quite steeply. Maybe it goes outside?"

"We'll have to take it! Help me carry the stretcher! ... Giz! Lay down! Stop spazzing! We nee- we need to get outta here!"

The immediate need to take action seems to snap Gizensha out of it. "OK... Uhh... Will it be faster to carry me on the stretcher or for me to try and walk, though?" He says, calmly, as he lies down on the stretcher.

"I don't know," Rooster replies. He moves over to the stretcher. "Probably the stretcher. My leg feels better, me and Bocaj could carry you out." Rooster thinks for a second. "Where did the gun go?"
