I'd say walking, weights can make you pull your back out or some other serious injury, which would hurt you (duh).

Walking can get you into shape too.

And it's tied.

Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...

Or... is it?

Seriously, though. I'd reccomend walking. Unless you lift heavy objects on a regular basis, weight training probably won't yield much for long-term benefits. On the other hand, you'll always have to walk.

Thanks for your input, folks.

I decided to go with walking on the matter. It seems to come out on top on the situation.

Also - anyone who tells you that walking isn't intensive exercise has never been on... Gee... How long was that ramble I once went on with Lilac. Uhh. Lessee... It lasted 10-12 hours after a 6-10 hour sleep from a 3 hour walk....

Rather fun. I learnt cows are evil, though.

In my case, walking isn't as wholesome as a good flight.
