No, he was going the speed limit and then sped up. He is not an idiot,but <i>chose</i> to speed over it for a reason.

BTW the answer to the riddle was that he went to get some honey, he was a bee keeper, but the bees did not recognize the scent and just attacked him, because he was wearing cologne. <br><br>

My answer was that he wanted to shake his chocolate milk up, but Ruedii's is very similar.
