I think that Dick Cheney and Carbs have no connection whatsoever. DCS, being a liberal (GO LIBERALS!!!) probably just doesn't like Dick Cheney. Millie seeing his picture and saying it is absolutely bone chilling, is funny because A) They still don't have any idea what a carb looks like, and B) Dick Cheney is so ugly his picture was 'bone chilling'. Unless I'm missing something here.
