Note that I wasn't accusing him of attention-seeking. I was just describing a situation that would seriously damage my opinion of him.

Was Alec Baldwin the one who kept saying he'd leave if Bush was elected, then did not? Whoever THAT guy was, he's a douchebag.

I can't really say much other than good luck with everything, DCS.

(P.S. Heno, here's the link in question.)
Personally, I feel that this is an overreaction, but then again, I'm not politically active and motivated like David is, so I guess I can't really tell what kind of impact this has for him.

If he feels it's for the best, then may God bless him and may he seek great happiness.

Here's to hoping David's transition to living in Canada isn't too difficult. (It shouldn't be)

I applaud him. He doesn't want to be in a place where he feels is a bad place to be, so he's taking action.

I wonder if it'll finally get it's own forum too. I've always wanted a place online where I can talk about O&M.

*Twitch.*
I'm not sure the sexuallity really matters here...

Anyways, unless you've been planning to leave the country for a while and this Bush thing was the final straw then sure go ahead, otherwise I'd say it's overreaction.
BTW, if I were him I'd go to Canada or one of the European countries...

*salutes* Best o' luck, man. Shame it has to come to this, but if you're sure, then it's probably in your best interests.

Yes, DCS. I wish you good luck wherever you go, and be sure to try and live a great life wherever you are. Meet lots of great people and for goodness sake's have fun. Oh, and spread the good word about O&M and IDT. We'll be here (on Define Cynical, not necessarily in the USA) when (if?) you get back, and for goodness sakes stay in contact with us!
