I do believe Jung had something to say about ownage... it was quoted in Star Trek... oh why did I leave that <i>Quotable Star Trek</i> book at home? <br><br>Edit: I'll just paraphrase... Anyway, being able to explore and understand your darker side will enable you to integrate that part into the rest of your psyche, to "own your own shadow", so to speak.
