Welcome forum

People have been suggesting a forum where new members can introduce themselves and ask question etc., and I don't think it's bad idea. But do you guys? Do you think it'd get much use? Would you have liked to use one when you joined?<br><br>Thanks.

It's something you'd want to experiment with. Sometome such forums help make people feel welcome and IOW, stay.

Im for it... wouldn't hurt at all, so go for it. Although, i think i like the idea of the 'airport' forum instead of just a welcome forum, one that allows leaving, vacationing, and coming, under three different threads

i think the "airport" forum is better than the welcome forum, because it serves both old and new members. BUT for new members to use it, they'll have to know what it means, so maybe it hsould be titled something other than "airport"

The Airport seems to be a better idea but i agree that new members might not know what it is. You could post an explanation as a sticky in it though.
