Yeah, shame that Green Gate wasn't picked up by anywhere you sent it to. But isn't the solution to that to get it out to more places?<br><br>And a printer might be an idea so you can send things to places that don't accept e-submissions.<br><br>As for Holyman, I guess it's just a case of keeping trying for your friend. Just be there to wish him luck and pick up his spirits is more or less all you can do, I'd guess.

I'm self-conscious, heh. I can't publish fan stuff so that could appear, he he. I have another original short in the works, it'll join my previous on the rejection table but, hey, trying is the spice of lyfe. Lyfe with the Y. It's.. variegated. ^^

I like the word. My guess is I picked it up from biology. But 'of varying colours' is a pretty good descriptor of my work, using a nice colourful word. Wheee.

As I've read several pieces of her work I can testify that it does fit it well. Not quite what I'd use, but still, it fits.
