OK, tail and beak are now completely fixed, if you spot anything else missing, tell me.<br><br>Edit: Nevermind, the beak's a little messed up but just a few seconds ago, part of the tail was missing... well, whatever. Let's leave it how it is.

Actually, it's all the whitespace. The image for your avatar is currently 148*138 pixels. The limit for the forum is 125*125. Cut down the image so it fits within 125*125, and the distortions will be gone.<br><br>EDIT: Here is another attempt to adjust the image by cropping... I resaved as GIF since it results in a smaller filesize for this particular clip than a JPEG of the same size. It'd probably work even better if I adjusted it from the original comic.
