It is. Acrylics.

And yeah, the neck was something I meant to fix on the sketch but never did.

I'm sure this won't be the last time you attempt this pose angle. Its a tough one and you made a good attempt =3

Did a fine job with the coloring, great texture in there. Though it feels like the shadows on the hair tufts on the forehead don't follow the same lightsource as the rest of the body. Perhaps a bit too outline looking. But overall its a nice drawing!
