Mine was used in an online game long ago. I couldn't think of a good one, and since my char was a warrior (or tank, if you will), I just threw something together!

Its always been my dream to be a B movie action star, I thought my name would reflect that.
If you say your username in a certain way it almost sounds like "Got my napalm". Anyway to refresh everyone's memories and to do my periodic anti-new-user-confusion safeguards, Caoimhin is actually my name Kevin in Irish and is pronounced "Keevin". I had previously thought it was also somtimes pronounced "Kweevin" but a member on the forum remedied that (unfortunately I do not recall who...). But to keep things simple you can call me Cowiman like everyone else does when they phonetically spell my name :P (but only if necessary, I mean the pronounciation is rather simple but i can understand how someone can forget)..

I always pronounced it kay-ohm-inh. Just noticed how incredibly fail that is.
Anami and Anami are sitting around Anami says "GRR I AM ANGSTY LET'S EXPRESS ANGST" and so Anami says "ONE OF THE MODS ON DC IS A DICK I POSTED A PICTURE THAT WASN'T REALLY THAT INAPPROPRIATE AND THREE MODS SAW IT AND DID NOTHING THEN A FOURTH ONE SAW IT AND DELETED IT" and Anami says "OMG I HATE MODS >:("

My username referrs to my real name.

I took the first 3 letters of my first name Jak
and the frist 3 letters of my last name Kal

So I got Jakkal (which I like quite much)
