May your lawn be void of trespassers and your duck pond free of the bourgeoisie.

May your lawn be void of trespassers and your duck pond free of the bourgeoisie.
Unfortunately, it would seem the bourgeoisie prefer my lawn, and the trespassers most often occupy the duck pond. Then of course my bath tub is filled with displaced ducks. I've tried to instill the spirit of the revolution in them, but then of course they revolt against the bourgeois and not the trespassers, which means at certain points in time I instead have a bathtub of bourgeoisie and a lawn of ducks.

Thanks for the birthday wishes.

And yes, it's very balmy, only -20, I went for a walk in nothing but a parka and mukluks and a tuque and mitts.

Here's to 20 more and hopefully a couple of more 20's after that!
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

I'm speechless... Has it ever occured to you to get a shotgun and go capitalist hunting? They also work wonders on trespassers. You should be able to train some mallard retrievers. However I'm quite glad its mukluk weather with all those ducks running amok.
