Greetings!

I believe we've been through this.Probably North or East Texas. Remember people, Texas has four climate regions. What part of Texas, dare I ask?I've been to Texas during summer, and it's not that horrible.
I went to San Antonio, then Austin, then Kingsland, then back to SA to go home.
North Texas my ass.

A lot.I also remember that you said it was raining.
But not every day, just the ones when we weren't arriving or leaving. (It didn't rain the entire time, pending where we were, but still.)

I want to clear a few things up in this topic.
Saying things like "I was in Arizona in the summer and it wasn't that bad" or "I was in Minnesota during the winter and it wasn't bad" doesn't prove anything. If you're only exposed to it for a few days, you can deal. It's quite different for someone who -lives- there. For example, someone might say, "I've had buttered toast for breakfast every day for the past few months and man am I sick of buttered toast." You probably wouldn't say, "No way! I've had it for five days straight and I still like it!" It's DIFFERENT. And in the case of the weather, not only does it get old, it's not very PLEASANT to begin with. So saying you can take heat for a few days of cold for a few days says positively nothing.
SECOND, when it comes to odd discussions about weather complaints, people seem to have this "grass is always greener" complex. They ALWAYS try to make their climate out to be the worst, or at least worse or more extreme than the other guy's. Hell, I knew a girl who lives in San Diego who tried to make her weather seem bad. QUITE OFTEN, people make their weather out to be worse/more extreme than it actually is. Many people never know it, since they don't know any better, but I've studied weather patterns an climatology a -lot-, so I can smell bullshit anywhere. And people exaggerate OFTEN. Just sayin'.

Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

You guys think you have it tough, I live in BRITAIN, where the weather does not leave the range of -5°C to 30°C, and anything above 25°C is considered too hot to do anything.
If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. (Revelation 2:5, NIV)

Has anyone here been to New Jersey? Our weather patterns are wonky. It typically fluctuates year from year. So far we've had it rain at least once a day for the past 2 to 3 weeks (honestly I can't remember because its been so constant). Apparently we recently had a massive storm with greenish skies and I completely missed it because I was inside all day, I didn't hear a thing... Even though our 60+lb. Canopy was apparently flipped over and two large water coolers filled with ice water had also flipped. There have been some years when we had long periods without rain, sometimes a few months. Not to mention that on rare occasions down the shore there are hurricane watches. It also can get rather cold here during the winter (-20F anyone?), but also its been abnormally warm (50F anyone?). Hell, when I was about seven my dad and I were taking a hike and the weather started getting rather cloudy, so we set up a small emergency tent (you know, one of those really thin pancho types...) and sat out the storm. We arrived home and found telephone poles downed, trees ripped up... Even the deck and side of one of the houses in the condo developement I was living in was completely ripped off (the side was just damaged I believe). My mom was panicing apparently...

Err, that is boiling temperature. You probably couldn't handle that.If you all can handle sub zero temperatures, can you take 100 degree weather? Because all I here is about winter.
