I was thinking about that a while back too but Nick's right. What's the point?

Ok guys Here is my first result of my "Drawing Music" Experiment. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, then read this first.

Anyway, my first song I chosed for this experiment was Red Hot Chili Pepper's Otherside. What I did was listen to this song a couple of times in order to get an emotion, or energy if you will. Then I used that emotion to draw (while listening to the song). Anyway here's the result.

If my hypothesis is correct then I captured the emotion of the song on here and should sync up with it in one way or another. To prove it, try looking at the picture while listening to Otherside. I actually like the picture even if it doesn't relate to the song. If you want to par take in my experiment then contact me! I need as many genres of music as possible.

Honestly it's better without the song lyrics. To me, someone who's never heard the song, it's just a random series of words that might have some relation to the drawing but are more distracting than anything.

Drawing-wise, you're getting better.

Dunno I like it with words. I can see what you are saying about how a person who has never heared the song before would think it's just a bunch of random words. Dunno, thanks though.

The words make it pretty artsy. Perhaps desperately so.

yeah, I think that if you want the words, it would be best to post them as text, underneath the image.

because I somehow don't recognize that RHCP song and it just makes it look super-more-emo

It's part of my new socially musical experiment. I quite finished with the experiment myself but I'm still looking for test subjects to do it for me. Would you like to join?

Segovia would have a very happy life if he pursued a career in conducting social experiments. Not sure about the wages, though.
