Well put doog. You never posted anything offensive whatsoever
we know she'll be back, like a good bitch should.
I was thinking adding a antiogonist to the comic. I was thinking since that both of them are in highschool might as well make the enemy a football player. I was thinking of making a fox quarterback with the name of Mulder and another bully (you know one of those bullies that are not good at school and are not active in sports) that's a penguin. Tell me what you think. I know that it's my comic and I could do whatever I please but I need to know if people could relate to this.
Beautifully cliché.

I'm never good with stories. They always end up really ridiculous, or really cliché. If I cant think of anything, I usually just take something out of my life and throw it in there (notably names). I'm sure my life would make an interesting comic, heh. If only I was the artsy type...I don't have patience to draw that much. Maybe just written out (not like a biography, but self made situations) or something...hmm. We'll, I got more out of this post than expected. I guess I have something to do in my free time now.

Cliches are not all that bad but then again it does seem repeatitive. But then again I would like to make comics that people could relate to rather than saying Ok, this guys has some issues. About my bully idea there has to be some kind of oppisite force to the protagonists. I'm vey sure that I'm going with the character Mulder as one of the Antiagonist but maybe I'll throw some scholar bullies in there as well to relate to my fellow nerds. Cliches are not all that bad. Too many Cliches are.
Its really hard, if not impossible, to come up with something original. If your going to pick a cliché though, it needs to have enough to separate it from the rest. That's what makes it worth looking at compared to the rest. A good set of less cliché characters is a must too. Just offhand, stay away from the "3 main characters: One is the hotheaded that everybody/nobody likes, one is the sensible person (more often than not, female), and the goofball who is there for the hell of it".

That's what I usually do with cliches. I minipulate them so that way They sound like me. For instance the cliche he's got a heart of gold, I would say, He is more valuable dead than alive because the US. treasury needs his heart to beat the Yen.
Anyway for a good story there needs to be conflict. In a highschool it's usually bullies, grades, peers, and society. And I attend to do every single one of those.
Anyway responding to the football players, if I wrote Minerva Bros. as a bio. it wouldn't have much spice. I personally have no problem with Jocks because I'm either friends with them or I some how earned their respect. I actually have the respect of the Varsity Football team in my highschool and I'm a freshman. Now would you read a comic that didn't have the same problems as you did?
