Hi, my name is Jared. I'm new (go figure). I've recently been reading Ozy & Millie as if it were a drug. I need to. Over the past two (or perhaps only this past week...) weeks I've read through the 1998 - 2001 comics. So, I recently discovered these forums and I decided I'd give them a shot. Yeah...Basics: I play saxaphone (soprano(amateurly), alto(best), tenor(fairly), baritone(2ndbest)). Jazz is awesome and fun. I love listening to music as well. My favorite kind of music to listen to is piano rock, closely followed by acoustic anything. I make icons (like my current avatar) and actual full-sized avatars. It's a fun way to waste time. Reading is something I absolutely adore doing. So much fun to just get lost in a good book for hours. Writing is something I like trying to do. I've written some good things but it's mostly just dribble. So, yeah...hope I stick with this forum because I love Ozy and Millie. =]

Your name would not get me to put down my camera, as I'm a big fan of photography.

I was going to ask if you made that icon yourself, but you answered that question yourself I'm pretty handy with Photoshop (and I don't mean like, just cropping and size-altering, I mean filters, effects, other things and such), but Imageready always confused me. I never could understand how it worked, but I suppose I could give it another go, couldn't I (last time I did was a year or two ago)?

I like Jazz myself, a lot of the faster Jazz is more fun to listen to I think, and it gets my mind flowing with stuff to do creatively.

So you try to write? You should post some stuff here so we can see, because I like to write personally, so I could give you tips if you would like
