The tarts
An unexpected announcement, but inevitable. It does seem that as of late all my favorite comics are announcing there coming end. Well, all I can say is thank you for the many years you entertained me with Ozy & Millie. I will enjoy it while it lasts, and hopefully I'll be able to enjoy any future projects you undertake as well.

Sheesh, and I just came in from reading an "Mmm, bacon"-themed thread elsewhere.

Babies have big heads and big eyes, and tiny little bodies with tiny little arms and legs. So did the aliens at Roswell! I rest my case.
Yes, I've missed Stepan in particular, he just fell off the edge of the world. I liked it when there was frequently a lot more to Ozy and Millie than the title characters themselves. My personal opinion is that the focus went to strongly to the personal view of Ozy and Millie on all things during the last years. I think the strip lost some of its appeal when Avery, Timulty and Stephan got less and less "airtime".
D. C. Simpson seems to no longer have that total connection to Ozy, Millie and the gang like he used to. Looking at the older strips, you were like "OH YES, that's just so typically Ozy, [Millie], [Avery], ...!". Today you start to see his daily struggle to come up with a good pun or remark.
That's also true. Though to be honest I didn't really notice the apparent effort required to get a strip out until these last few months - I'm not sure for how long DCS has been tiring. Still, despite being sad at the end of the webcomic which has certainly influenced me more than any other, It's happier this way than for an artist to keep forcing themselves to do something they no longer have the same passion for - and it shows.
Do you think that should happen? Just curious =POzy and Millie getting married

Not really. They would be stepbrother/stepsister, but since they aren't related by blood, (only their parents' marriage, should it happen that is) there really isn't anything wrong with it.TyVulpine: That's certainly true. Due to the relationship between Mrs. Mudd and Llewellyn however, anyhing between Ozy and Millie is going to feel very much like sibling incest =P
.. should still happen, though.
