Wow, an obit so fresh that when I checked IMDb right now, it didn't have a death date recorded for him.

I note with pleasure that he was an animator of some caliber for many movies that give prominence to non-humans.

True I don't know who he is but I'm sure that at some point in my childhood I was exposed to some of his works. What a depressing week. Had a great aunt die yesterday morning and will be at the wake this evening. At least she, like this guy...lived a long, full life.
