That does it. I'm not defending Ms. Sorkowitz anymore.
You sure showed HER.
That was rather decisive.

When it's real person vs. fictional webcomic character there's no competition, really.

I still sympathize with Ms. Sorkowitz, since if I had to deal with elementary-age kids (including Millie) all day, I'd rapidly get to the point of just not giving a damn, existing in a funk until the day's over and I can go home and sob in cheap whiskey while watching reruns of Star Trek, not the good episodes either, but the ones like "Spock's Brain" and stuff that still are preferable to soberly facing the reality of having to enter that classroom the next morning.

This is true... Sorkowitz also has had problems with Millie... almost constantly... so she's probably sick with dealing with her.

It is a shame to see that justice is so hard to get...

Sorkowitz long ago removed any justification for sympathy through her own actions. The only people left on the school staff that have any business looking for outside support are Mr. Larnblatt and Dr. Wahnsinnig.

And I say this despite a firm belief that both of their positions are extraneous to an educational institution.

Sorkowitz still appears more open to sypmpathy than Vine. That's not saying much, but there it is. :?

True enough, for what it's worth - she probably just needs an extended stress-leave, medical attention, psychological attention, and job training.

Vine, however, probably wouldn't even be effective hamburger.

I dunno, man. I get the feeling you shouldn't expect help from someone you've been antagonizing for ten years.
