Howdy everyone,

just finished another drawing that I will not be posting here because it contains slight male nudity (no naughty bits, but I still don't want to post it).

oh well, here it is for any of you who wish to get a gander at it.

Kthxbye.

edit: also, this was made so I could practice the male upper body and lower body anatomy. I always had a little trouble with arms, so I'm working on it now.

If you put peanutbutter anywhere on your body, I'll lick it off...

ANYWHERE.

I actually never noticed the ringed tail. Looking good, and it seems like you have the technique down pretty tightly.

I plan on shopping around for a good price online.
I got mine from Costco.com for $169.99
but it doesn't hurt to look around.

what size and type did you get?

and PR, in response to your edit, I've never understood drawing anatomy, both mostly for humans (though I know some areas like arms and legs, and sort of torsos), but I don't really know furry anatomy (the fur makes it weird, but I'll have to work on that a lot)

Just a bit off the topic but still similar... I got to use my college's huge tablet monitors. They are soo HUUUGE!!! Like 30 inches! I got a pen and began drawing. That does it, I overwhelmingly want a Tablet PC now. I'll draw something on those huge monitors when I get the chance.

I believe it was the 9 1/2 X 11 inch Bamboo Fun. Don't remember the exact details, but I do remember it beat Amazon's price. Amazon wanted $182 for it.
It was kind of annoying coaxing the price out of Costco. It said "Add to cart for price." So I did. It said "$199.99" so I went to the cart to remove it, and it said "$169.99"
I thought, "Well, that was odd." and bought it. (silver)
Now I want it to get here so I can use it. (I have a character I want to try drawing with it.)

And I bet those gigantic monitors VenM2 (Donnie) was talking about cost a nice fortune, or two...
As for furry anatomy, Eugene Arenhaus has it down pretty well. Even people who were incredibly skeptical about furry anatomy seemed impressed. Check out some of the stuff in the Focco gallery, in particular.
I think that if I took tons of classes and practiced 10 hours a day, I might be able to draw like that in 20 years. (If I were lucky)

My yellow bubble:

Image

This took approx. 1-2 hours to finish. I had to draw it on a black background and add in the white and other colours later. Very hard.

I can't help but thing that there'd be an easier way to do that, but I can't think of what it is. But anyway, your art is definitely getting very good. Your style is solidifying into something that's uniquely your own, and uniquely appealing. Also, today's 2AC comic was hilarious. "Hmmmm." "Are you serious? He has no plans for our health care system!"

(Though I continue to wonder what the meaning of "2's a Company" is. It's sort of a strange title all the way around. But then, that's normal on this planet.)

Cameron is awesome because:
-Because he has an artistic style that is both complex and minimalist. This is profound!
-He once drew me as a roadrunner. It was an actual honest to god feral roadrunner, but a roadrunner nonetheless!
-He lives in Idaho among the wilderness and stuff and I envy him for that. 3:
-He is probably one of the most personable artists on here.
-I think he's the only one of us on here who drew a fanart that made it as a guest strip on O&M. This is an accomplishment!

To be honest, I rarely ever say why I call the comic "2's A company."

Well, simply put, there was never suppose to be 5 characters. I never planned it out. That's why in the first 20 pages I only had Andy and Travis talking all the time... with just those two, the name seemed to make more sense.

Awesome News

Well everyone, I just updated a comic page but drew it by using my tablet. I wanted some feedback from the DC crew.

Here's the link to the comic page guys.
