Well, you're babble-retardant, fireproofed, and equipped with your flamethrower.
Have a rutabega Wright. There, now you're equipped fully.

Why do I have the feeling that somebody's going to offer him a +5 mace?
How about a +1 shirt?
Oh man...no more stuff...At this rate I might get so weighed down that I might crash through the floor:laugh:

Presumably the +1 shirt offers some benefit to carrying capacity or strength?

Well in that case I'll gladly accept that Jack. Well I've enjoyed this warm welcome. I hope to be able to join all of you in various discussions O&M related or not. Thanks again for the welcome. Peace y'all.

It could, maybe, but the "+1" part of it wouldn't be why. The "+1" just means a +1 bonus to armor class.

Hmm, my guess is that it would do one of two things:

1) Damage reduction 1 versus cold.
2) Evasion-like effect against cold (no damage on a successful save instead of 50% damage).

Sounds like a winner to me either way. Could use the protection from cold now that winter is finally starting to show up here...at least for an extended period of time. I can't stand these constant temperature fluctuations that's been happening here.

Given the choice I'll take the second option. The first one is less than impressive.

Given the option you should go for a shirt with cold absorbing properties. When struck by cold, the shirt converts it into energy for you through some horrible process of rpg physics.

Unfortunately, the shirt does slight but increasing damage to the Second Law of Thermodynamics over time which could eventually lead to the implosion of the universe.
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

A shirt that gives cold absorb (converting some cold damage into healing) would need to have a much cooler name than "shirt of warmth", though.

The second one sound better but the first is more practical. You would always feel a little warmer. On the second on you would feel very nice but it would only happen on a rare occasion unless you have other equipment to increase the chance of evasion to work.

Okay, so I'm not feeling as nerdly as I was a little while ago. But I am still a nerd!

Hi! Who are you?
I believe I answered that question about 20 or so posts back. Of course I was known as nsNWright79 at that point. Recently changed my username to GeorgiaCoyote.

Let's hope no one sees "Georgia" as your feminine first name instead of your state.
