It is good to see him show a good amount of emotion. It also adds more character to him. and he does look like his dad in the final panel.

How can people hold Chuck in such demi-godlike regard when he very clearly got his behind politely and thoroughly handed to him by Bruce Lee in Way of the Dragon?

Chuck Norris may have his "facts", but Bruce could actually do some pretty amazing stuff - like thrust a man 15 feet with a one-inch punch, or catch a grain of rice in midair with a pair of chopsticks.

Because unlike Bruce Lee we have real world proof that Chuck Norris is bad ass. It takes one look at his record and the number of championships he has won to realize how awesome he is. Meanwhile all Bruce Lee has going for him are some good movies and third hand accounts about how somebody's brother's friend who worked on a movie set saw Bruce Lee beat up random people.

Its probably the presence of an f and a u in close proximity to each other. Also, mystical ley lines from an evil shadowy parrellel clown clone twin dimension. Of Doom.

Completely unrelated note, but my marching band goes to Furman University each year for band camp, so we all come back with hats that say "FU" in giant letters. They get hilarious reactions.
