Ever have that dream where you wake up but you're still asleep? Those can be freaky. In fact, you, you're still asleep. Wake up!

Also, Millie needs a sister.

Also, Millie needs a sister.
This is true. But where on earth would she get one? She'd pretty much have to find a homeless orphan waif by the side of the road, bring her home, and say "Mom, can I keep her?"

Cameron is awesome because:
-Because he has an artistic style that is both complex and minimalist. This is profound!
-He once drew me as a roadrunner. It was an actual honest to god feral roadrunner, but a roadrunner nonetheless!
-He lives in Idaho among the wilderness and stuff and I envy him for that. 3:
-He is probably one of the most personable artists on here.
-I think he's the only one of us on here who drew a fanart that made it as a guest strip on O&M. This is an accomplishment!

Lordy, I hate those. I went through a period where I had nightmares that kept repeating that concept over and over for months. Gah, those were terrible.

ANYwho, that being said I LOVED todays strip for how often it's happened to me. Brilliant. Although I DO wonder if Millie is really awake or just dreaming she's awake as has been suggested. The last panel border being normal suggests she's really awake, and the ultimate gag might be that, like us, Millie woke up BEFORE she got to number #1 and may NEVER know it. Diabolical!

What, you don't think her mom would want to try again?

Her pirate's too young.
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

Travis probably meant "with Llewellyn." But I can't see that happening, for more reasons than I care to list.

It would be pretty cute, albeit awkward, if Millie came home with a younger anthro in her arms and said, "She followed me home. Can I keep her?"

If you mean what I think you mean, wouldn't it be a older brother?

One time I had my alarm set to a radio station I didn't know, and opera singing worked it's way into my dream. It was very weird.

It's a shame Millie didn't stay in the dream long enough to hear the muffin sing "the subliminal mindfuck America".
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

That too, but I was just thinking "in general."

i stopped using radio stations when i realized that i develop a deep seated hatred towards any song that i have to wake up to.

Or "Maybe I'm the f*ggot America..." Though I'd rather see how it would handle the guitar solo.

Well, yes, that's one of my heretofore unlisted reasons.
