If by "Ninja Gaiden" you mean the game's hero, Ryu Hayabusa, then Ryu would win. He has mad dope crazy fly ninja skills, he can shoot fireballs all over the place while jumping through the air doing sixteen backflips and then cling onto a Coke sign.

If by "Ninja Gaiden" you mean the game itself, then Leonardo. He could just cut the cartridge in half with one of his katana.
