Yes, it is just a joke. I think its's actually pretty amusing that us (the british) and the irish just love making jokes about each other

Not to mention the Scottish. OOH! OOH! and then I'd build a castle around the tree, and use it to conquer the apartment. And then when the army comes to take it back, I'd throw things at them too!

...I'm on the wrong thread, arent I?

Only if you want to be.

And Michigan is full of the most bored people in the world. Listen to our accents. We're all about to drop from the redundancy of the land. That is to say, it's all flat. Stand on a tall enough building and you can catch the curve of the earth.

And for some reason, it seems like we hate Canadians. I can't rightly see why, though. They have better beer. If there is such a thing.

I've seen one hill in my entire life here. It was about as tall as me.

And when I say tall building, I'm not talking skyscraper.

But yes. Indiana, for example, is amazingly flat. A friend of mine drove from Texas to Michigan, and she remarked continuously on how everything very slowly turned flat on her way here.

so Michigan's boring? And the University of Michigan is my top choice for college, too. Well, I'm from DE, which is every bit as boring and flat as Michigan may be, so I'll be used to it.
