Heh, I think I can make out what Millie was drawing there - cute. ^^;
In the first panel it looks almost like socks. Is that what you see? Panel three just looks like a scribble.

I can't tell what she's drawing at all. Maybe Mista_B thinks a plain old scribble is cute because it suggests a very young artist.

If Ozy is cuter without the hat, it's because we get to see more of his vulpinity. A bare head looks more pettable, tho I'm too polite for that.
