Now, I'm still fairly new around here so I don't know, but the Fan's Gallery looks like it hasn't been updated in two centuries. There's tons of neat art buried in the Fanworks thread to put in there (emphasis on "buried"). Don't you think it would be a good idea to dust it off a bit? Put some new things in it? It's pretty empty.

Cameron is awesome because:
-Because he has an artistic style that is both complex and minimalist. This is profound!
-He once drew me as a roadrunner. It was an actual honest to god feral roadrunner, but a roadrunner nonetheless!
-He lives in Idaho among the wilderness and stuff and I envy him for that. 3:
-He is probably one of the most personable artists on here.
-I think he's the only one of us on here who drew a fanart that made it as a guest strip on O&M. This is an accomplishment!

Back when Simon originally made this website, it was more than just a message board and a chat room. it actually had a REAL fan gallery. I was given the right to make the old gallery useable when likeafox changed our website's design totally, but he got angry when I hotlinked bandwidth from his backup storage on his server because I wasn't supposed to do that. then I guess baloki (or maybe it was even me?) uncommented the bad design that was coded beforehand.

I still say we need to bring back the old design, the way it was before. with a different colour scheme. That was the best and only way to show it off the way it needs to be. sectioned into avatars, icons, wallpaper, general art, and subsectioned by the authors.

The new fanart gallery with integration into the forums is nearly ready, I just need to skin the thing to the right style and you'll all be able to get your grubby mits on it :D
