I'm fairly possitive that even basic users can edit their own topics and polls, but if it comes down to it, just ask one of us mods or 5hfifty. Oh, and i do apologize if i came off a little harsh earlier... the prospect of a 12 hour school day doesn't always go over well, plus seeing the choices broght a sence of "what the heck... that shouldn't be here!" Just be careful next time, alright? no hard feelings?

You may want to let it so users can edit their own posts 5hift.<br><br>Under group control (admin cp) for members, select Edit group for members, , switch "Can delete own posts?" to yes. After seeing this thread, you really may want to consider switchinging "Can delete own topics?" to yes as well, you may also want to consider switching "Can open/close own topics?"<br><br>As for the polls, don't think that can be manually edited without deleting the topic so you may want to switch that.<br><br>Anyway this post shows us it is dangerous to assume people will have common sense because no two people percieve things the same way.

ok, now I KNOW that the user can edit their own posts! I had to do it many times when i caught gross misspellings in my own posts. I even made a remark about it in one of my first posts. You can see it in the games forum a good bit, things like "*edit: oops, missed!*"...<br><br>oh, i chose the second -----
