You could've used Photoshop, you know.

yeah I know, lol, but it was kinda late and I couldn't get ImageReady to work right.

and yeah 21 days isn't really a long time, but I wanted a quick easy to use program that I could use to test my few frames that I had.

I'm working on something else now that'll hopefully be an improvement compared to this one (which I will animate in ImageReady)

I have tracing paper! I can use it to trace my images to make a more seamless animation as long as it is in black and white!:

The expressions are very good, although the animation could be smoothed out a bit. Also, something's wrong with the animation for his ear, as it doesn't remove the previous frame, so you end up with two ears.P

Ven, I think you messed up the order of the frames a bit. The one where he has his tongue furthest back seems to come later than it should, it looks out of place.
