Hi there! I'm new here...just joined up. My name is "Severe Weather" Eddie, but you can call me Eddie if you care to. (You could also call me the Weather Fox, a nickname I picked up on another forum, where my fursona is a fox.)

I just discovered Ozy and Millie, and read through the archives last week. I have to say, I absolutely love it! Thank you, D.C. Simpson for a wonderful comic!

A bit about me: I'm currently a first year meteorology major. (This is where the nicknames come in.) I grew up in the Great Plains (Tornado Alley) and have a fascination with severe weather, hence my name. Other stuff I like to do: drawing, watching older cartoons (like Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers, Talespin, and SWAT Kats) and just about anything that has to do with steam locomotives.

So anyway, just saying hi, and Merry Christmas to everyone, too!

Meterology is apparently a popular field of study. My two closest friends from high school are studying to be meteorologists. Also: Abandon all sanity ye who enter here. Give it to the coat check guy.

Why hello thar! I'm actually into the meteorology field as well. And its quite convenient for me to be; the NOAANWS in Alvin, Texas, is about 40 miles away from here.
