Look at the title!
Timulty isn't serious, he's making a little joke about how much he loves his brother.
In other words, his heart is a bottomless well of love, and Avery is annoyed by it no end.

Behind. Tukis. Keester. Rusty-dusty. Booty. Hiney. "Potamus," as my sixth-grade teacher would say. And I'm blanking on others you can say on kid's TV.

Timulty may be the most innocent member of the O&M cast, but he is also the filthiest in dialog.
What I really want to know is did Ozy just walk into Avery's house?
There's no background whatsoever, so it could be there or outside. If it is at the raccoon hovel, it wouldn't be the first time Ozy went there, and he might well have an invitation.

I've just noticed a tendency in Ozy and Millie for a character to show up in somebody's house to deliver a punchline or something.
