Wait, so what's happening now? Can I still call him Dave like always?

I've actually never liked the nickname "Dave." Even as a kid I was always "David," never "Dave" or "Davey."

You can call me David, or D.C., or Rain. And there are probably other viable options.

Alright, David then. Just used to saying Dave as I know about 5 of y'alls including my dad. Yes, my dad's name is Davey Jones...

When I worked in a kitchen as a CIT, my supervisor kept calling me David by accident. Then he asked if I would just go by David for his sake, since it was easy to remember. I agreed to it. I'm glad my real name isn't that common, but David isn't a bad one anyway.

Not only do I get called Alex on occasion because he's my close friend, but some people actually think we look like we could be brothers. -_-
