I really couldn't laugh at this, for some reason.

Or maybe Ozy just doesn't think about the world?

It's one of the more philosophical strips. It's a bit funny, but not so much.

Irony and umm... fittitiveness are complete opposites but it's funny how it's hard to tell which one it'd go into.

Meh, could've been better.
If you put peanutbutter anywhere on your body, I'll lick it off...

More importantly why do a lot of people seem to have a beef with this strip?
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

Probably hits too close to home. Either that, or they don't like the comic in the first place. *shrug*

I liked it. Maybe Millie will bring a thermos full of phlegm to school to prove how much thinking she does.

What she's missing is to keep both ears open at all times. One for incoming thoughts, one for outgoing.

I mean, even in the banner she's the one talking and Ozy is standing there, both ears open.
I got sick of not having a signature. Now if only I had anything to put in it...

thermos full of phlegm
You got that from a C&H strip that lost C&H one of its newspaper titles. Perhaps the same newspaper would drop O&M for the present joke, if it were there.

FWIW, my mom posted on her office wall the strip in which Millie talks of three kinds of people: those who see the glass half full, those who see it half empty, and those who spit in the glass until that's fixed. I thought it was too gross to look at day after day, but she probably likes the present joke.

Hmm, I join in that this is one of the weakest Ozy and Millie strips. It's neither funny nor insightful.

Yeah, really. It's not like we're paying money for this.
