*snerk* i probably do it all the time. Even if i see the error afterwards, i'll only edit it if it is a grevious error. i know i spelled "torture" as "torchure" or something like that in the O&M as a tv show thing, but it got the point accross!

Yeah.. I usually leave typos alone unless it looks like it is really messing up the point or if I caught it just before or exactly when I click the button that submits the message. People online seem to have developed a good degree of tolerance toward bad writing, and it makes the process of sharing information slightly easier. On the other hand, anyone writing a computer program ought to know the merits of good (or at least consistent) spelling.
uuuhhh <!--emo&--><img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... lleyes.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rolleyes.gif' /><!--endemo--> guilty! <br>and I quote: "What do you mean you don't know what double means! I see Double right there! I defined that variable as Double, now why can't you see it! Its a double, a double!!!!!"<br>A few hours later: "Why aren't you working yet! it's a Double type variable! see, "d-o-u-b------" oh your kidding me..."<br>what had happened is I accidentaly refered to an variable type in java as a double, instead of Double. Java is case sensitive, and therefore if you cap, or un-cap a letter, it can change the entire program so that it doesn't work. those are the hardest errors to find.
