Writing is one of my hobbies, and I believe there may be people here who wouldn't mind taking some time to read my stories. Here goes:
1. (A Starfox Fanfic) If you can only read one thing from me, please read this. I've wanted to convey this type of story for so long, and I think I have it right.
This story is hard to describe, but it basically consists of Fox's true past. This takes place right after the first, very first, Starfox game (or after the first comics, whichever you perfer). It also contains the old characters - Fox, Fara, (Slippy), Falco, Peppy, and the like. I promise the revelation will shock you, as well as the fiery vixen he befriends. You'll never guess Fox's true past.

2. A story about Todd McEdek, my exclusive character. Without the king, Todd McEdek has to defend the nation of Uno. But other problems infect his life, including a broken relationship. What will happen to him?

I think I'd rather read the classic piece of liturature "The Day of the Dolphin.
Hey man. That's harsh. As a long time Star Fox fan I was intrigued and read some of it. I didn't read very much but I found it entertaining. I will definitly come back to finish it. I enjoyed that it contained Fara. I 've always liked the Star Fox comic, and thought it was a shame she was never featured in a game that was released.
She was suppose to be in Star Fox 2, in early beta versions, but was later dropped, and then the game ended up not being released, so it really didn't matter, I guess

Indeed I would rather read Dante or Tolstoy or even Kipling! But, ah, so overdrawn - every educated mind knows their works.I think I'd rather read the classic piece of liturature "The Day of the Dolphin.
Your titled work is not a classic. But, why do we read? Essentially, one reads to gain insight, to seek entertainment - something that would be entertaining to the individual reader, or to achieve factual knowledge on a given subject. Many believe reading, regardless of what one does read, also improves vocabulary and sentence structure, as well as an overall understanding of our English language.
For instance, if reading was a large facet of your life, I believe your sentence would have appeared something like this:
Or, to save on redundancy:I think I'd rather read the classic piece of liturature The Day of the Dolphin.
But, ah, when you insult my own talents, please use formal language:I think I'd rather read The Day of the Dolphin.
There. So, now, with that out of the way, perhaps you will read my work after reading that drivel, but if that's your cup of tea, you may simply overlook itI think I would rather read The Day of the Dolphin.

Yes, but I'm not sure when I'm going to get round to popping round to the local library to order in The Blazing World.
As to your work, I may decide to read some of it later
What ever happened to the writers thread, incidently? I was sure there was a thread designed for writers to post there works somewhere within this forum...
