Heartfelt

A touching memory
Just a lonely soul
Blind to the love around him
Finds his thoughts lost
In a sea of doubt.
All those thoughts drift to love
But drifting they stay.
Lost in himself
He searches
For what seems is everywhere
But still eludes him.
No amount of will
Or all true feelings
Can find what fills the empty space
He feels within.

Searching
Drifting
Thinking
Dreaming

Pehaps he should not care
For if something will make him be hole
It is not there
Dreams are dreams
Love is just a word.

It's a bit sad, like somehow someone has given up on enjoying life. Sort of depressing really.
