After Avery it looks like Felicia is getting some character development too. It's actually weird to find her acknowledge her tastes in music like that, even if it's not in public.

And I keep forgetting Millie has pockets in those overalls.

Well Felicia probably only listens to the music she does because it's "in".

Millie, on the other hand, isn't constrained by that and listens to the music she does because she likes it.

To all the "in" artists, I'd like to say:
HA TAKE THAT TUNELESS ONES!!!
Great strip! I was laughing for a long time after reading it. And the fact is, it's so true...so many people listen to terrible music just because it's considered cool. So, now, whenever someone berates me because Counting Crows are my favourite band, I shall point them to this strip!

I like Counting Crows too. I've got most of their albums.
