I LOVE Ms. Mudd for this.
I can't stop giggling. I suggest you read it out loud!
I also love that smug look on her face! That is by far the awesomest look she's ever had.

Millie's mom used to rock, back when Millie was in the cradle.... Okay, that's not a good joke, but I wanted an excuse to invoke the image of Ms. Mudd and babby Millie.

I wonder if Ms. Mudd ever expresses her inner child in a professional setting.

*gasp*

Now our hero Millie must face the challenge of transforming a completely tyranical government. Or just keep on doing what she's been doing.

Tune in next time for the exciting continuation!

Oh man, that's a real classic! Ms. M, whatever your first name is, you rule. And now I finally understand where Millie comes from. This is one of the best strips ever, no doubt about that. :D

Colour coming soon...

I've said it before and I say it again, Ms. Mudd is one of my favourite characters, right after Locke. This strip only makes me like her more.

The "constitution" and "amendment" are also hilarious. I really love how Millie is drawn in the first panel. She KNOWS what's going to happen isn't going to be good.

Now I wonder what Ms. Mudd's second amendment reads :?
