I dont think they're aging...there are multiple instances of Millie (and to a lesser extent, Ozy) saying something about getting older. take the teen angst mentions, for example.

I'm not really sure their ages are that easy to narrow down anyway. Sometimes they act like children, but once in a while they have a real moment of insight that even grownups don't usually have. I think in some way they can actually represent all ages together...

What about teachers or fire fighters?
I'm not really sure their ages are that easy to narrow down anyway. Sometimes they act like children, but once in a while they have a real moment of insight that even grownups don't usually have. I think in some way they can actually represent all ages together...
That's a common technique used in many humour comics that have kids. They can have childishly innocent or destructive periods as well as moments of deep thought and questioning. Compare with Calvin and Hobbes or Peanuts.

Very few teachers do good jobs and fire fighters...well, anything that involves fire is scary :crycry:
