It sums up how I feel about HP fanboys.

I guess it's too late now. Not enough interest in the purpose of the topic, so whatever.

I blame you.

Aye yi yi... no fighting, children. Although a lot of you are older than me anyway, but... :?

Anyway, I've read Eragon and Eldest, but they're just okay. They basically seem like a LoTR fan fiction series, more than anything.
I'm here, you just can't see me!

Triggerpoint is my not so new webcomic, and currently under heavy work before it resurfaces.

Alas, I've just vaguely heard of Eragon. The only books I've read with a strong focus on dragons are Dragon's Blood, Heart's Blood, and A Sending of Dragons, which collectively make up Jane Yolen's Pitdragon Trilogy. It's written at a junior high level, but the dragons should be enjoyable to any age.

My brother tells me that Eragon is evil because it was first published when the author was fifteen. And when you have a psychotic little-brother-of-doom, you have to agree.

How does that make it evil? If anything it shows that the author has remarkable talent.
I just finished Eragon, Book One of Inheritence.
I loved it. I'm going to force my mother to read it and then she'll buy the next one without me haveing to ask her.

Well, I can bribe ya', but I'll just give you an IOU. Come to think of it, we've had three people under 17 in our school publish Fantasy books. I'm the first one to try out with Sci-Fi.

My brother keeps trying to get me to read Eragon. Thankfully I have anti-brother powers.

Him: Read Eragon
Me: Umm... When I'm done with this book
*five days later*
Him: That is clearly a different book
Me: Go 'way!
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.
