Gonna try and restart the forum here a bit. Does anyone know how NonsenseWords got the titles for his threads? Some of them have titles on the O&M site itself but others (like this one) don't. Did he just make them up according to the subject of the comic?
Wondering if I should look up the old comic archive pages on, say, Archive.org. I think more of them had DCS's titles there.

Topical, yes, but not heavy-handed to the point of annoyance.

Note also that Isolde is calling from an enclosed phone booth-which was going out of style even in this strip's era.

They were all titled on the original O&M site, I was going off of those titles from the archives. The switch to the blog-based archive removed most of the titles (or else DCS was manually updating all of the titles starting from the end and got fed up with it, which I really can't blame her for).
Archive.org would probably work for getting them back, then. Didn't even occur to me to check.
