While I have to go kick something due to the use of 'CE' in the title of this topic, I agree. I gotta do that some day.

Excellent idea for a ticker. Mayhaps we'll see one of those as an extra joke on a later broadcast.

'CE' is a pet peeve of mine.
- We've got 'AD', a perfectly good way of doing the same. In fact BC works better than BCE.
- Why on Earth should the reference to Christianity be removed? We've got days named after Odin, Tor and Freya and a month named after Mars, just to name a few! What's so special about this?
- Being thin-skinned enough to need a change to such a small thing is counter-productive in the long run. Nobody has a a right not to be offended, and this isn't a perfect world, so it's better just to learn to deal.
- IMHO the whole thing stinks of PC, which AFAIC is a POS FUBAR. YMMV.
- It's not even what it claims to be! You named two ofter reckonings off the top of your head.

Time is relative. Yeah, I think it would be best to drop the year numbering thing. We could go with 14126 BG (Before Guild)

I wonder if anyone will actually attend Llewellyn's press conferences; I'm sure the media doesn't care anymore after a few of them

LOL, I like that advertisement in Times Square...

LOL, I liked the strip, too...

Randomness isn't usually something we see from Llewellyn, but it works well here.

OK I reckon that there could be a Llewellyn party over here one day. After all, there was the Teddy Bears party - they rented every teddy bear suit in the country and sat having a teddy bears picnic outside the houses of parliament
The end is nigh!

I like the strip in Time Square Ad. But, give the year system a break what next you want to conform to the rest of the world and you Meters instead of feet, miles, and inches??
