Wow, people think of me as liking cute, when really, well, heh.

Anyways, I've got this 3d model of somethign that I'll probably stop working on, considering it's craptastic (that's what I named it, too)

Working with Hammer is much easier for me, but it can't do stuff like that...

Actually, it was just a generic fox. I used Millie as a reference.

As for the model you made, well, I don't have that program, and I think it costs money i don't have. Thanks for the offer.

Well I used a school computer to make this. I'm sure the program costs 4000+ to the higher ups, $420 for the students.

XSI is the name of the program I have to use in order to get the model into Garry's Mod. I need to figure out how to apply cel shading, and then how to UV map it so I can put a texture on it properly. Then eventually I'm going to have to create facial animation points and eye thingies etc so that it will be awesome.

That's in the future though, right now I'm having difficulty selecting triangles (polygons).... :/

In 3ds making cel shading is a simple as setting a material to the ink and paint material setting and just turning on ink and giving it the color you want. For me I use a special UV mapping system to get the pupils to move and a deforming mechanism to deform the eyes to create a different emotion. As for facial animation I rig the mesh to a semi humanoid biped and create the mouth bone rig by hand and carefully get the mesh to work with the bones and there I have the face

You do of course know I'm doing this to further confuse Rooster eh?

Ooh! Ooh! I just thought. If you can save it as a .3ds I can import it into blender :D.

That is, if you're willing to give it to me :P

EDIT: I'd need to give credit if I modify it of course.

eh I can but.... It is using patches and not polygons. It is possible but do you still want it? It is like 30,000 polygons I think.
