What's he doing with a fork? Do you need a fork to serve grapes? Or are those not grapes?
Well, in the movie they use forks but they've got these green lumps on their plate. If i was emperor I wouldn't want green lumps.

I think his adviser (she's got some important position in his kingdom) turns him into a llama to seize the power herself. He spends the movie trying to find an antidote.

Is that fairly accurate considering I've never seen the whole movie?
Plot Synapses to follow:

Basically, The emperor is some kid who loves to party and dance, but he also has total control over the entire kingdom. He summons to to villager from a Village on a Hill nearby in his kingdom, and begins asking questions. At the end, He tells the Villager he's demolishing the Village for a Summer Pool house. The Villager then leaves.

Cut to Dinner scene where the Emperors advisor attempts to poison him by giving him poison, but the advisor's assistant mixes up the potions and grabs a Llama potion. As such, the Emperor Kuzco turns into a llama, and the advisor's Assistant, Kronk, knocks him out and takes him to the village. he's found by the villager, and they begin a journey back to the palace so they can stop Isma ((the adviser)) from becoming empress.
