Band camp is camp...for band. As in my high school's marching band. Every August, about a week before school starts, we go away to a camp where we work to learn the show that we play for that year. And yes, it does take over a week of solid work to put a marching band show on the field, believe it or not.

Am I the only one who thinks that parades and the like might go a lot better without rehearsal? I mean, in the comedic sense...<br><br>actually, i'll just stop here since i have no idea what i'm talking about.<br><br>CHEESE!

The prom date of one of the main characters was always telling stories about band camp. She always started out by saying "And there was this one time, at band camp...."<br>

Yea, and that was on the commercial and played constantly.<br><br>That movie is now the bane of anyone in a marching band, because whenever we have any stories to tell about camp, that's all we hear. It gets old. Fast.
