It actually has, to my surprise, 4 smaller clear bags inside. You put one in a jug, cut a corner off of it, and pour from there. And if you want to buy 4 litres at a time here, you HAVE to get a bag...they don't have 4 litre jugs like they do back west, only 1 and 2 litre cartons and 4 litre bags. =/
